"Best Buddies"We had a very busy Spring Break. We went to Tennessee from Saturday-Wednesday. We got to spend some time with family and Lake got a special visit from his buddy Grant Kirkham for a play date. (Next time we come, we'll be there much longer and get to visit more of Lake's friends; I promise.) On Thursday, Lake had a Easter Party with all his friends from my moms group, and then we packed to go camping. Friday-Sunday we went to Matagorda Bay to go camping and then back to El Campo for Easter Dinner and another egg hunt and finally back home Sunday night. (Note to all moms; never try to be cheap and take a 17 month old on a plane as a lap child by yourself; this was a horrible experience, i'll never do it again...)

It looks like you all had a great trip to Rockwood! I still cant believe that you and Brad ended up on the same plane!!!! That is so crazy! I wondered how it was flying with a toddler. I am dreading this myself. I will take your advice and buy him a ticket too. Glad you all had a great Easter!
Lake looks so grown up. I am still jealous of you guys camping but I think we still need to wait till Sailor gets a little bigger. Sam and I were just talking about going camping the other day. Glad you guys had a good trip minus the plane ride.
Haven't talked to you in awhile. I'm sure you are enjoying the warm weather in Texas. Lake is growing so fast it's hard to believe.
